🐾 Lifetime Warranty Exchange – Leather Harnesses & Apparel
At The Stylish Stray, we believe quality should last a lifetime—especially for our most dashing canine companions. That’s why all of our leather harnesses and related leather apparel are backed by our exclusive Lifetime Warranty Exchange Program.
If your leather harness or leather apparel item becomes defective due to craftsmanship or hardware failure during its lifetime, we’ll replace it—no questions asked. Whether it's a snapped buckle, torn stitching, or a hardware issue, your pup deserves gear that’s as tough (and timeless) as they are.
What's Covered:
- Defective hardware (buckles, clasps, rings, snaps)
- Material failure not caused by excessive chewing or misuse
- Stitching coming apart under normal use
What’s Not Covered:
- Chewing, tearing, or damage caused by pet behavior
- Items that have been altered, modified, or improperly cleaned
- Lost or stolen items
How to Request an Exchange:
Email us at BigDog@TheStylishStray.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
This lifetime exchange applies only to original purchasers and is non-transferable. Eligible items will be replaced with the same or equivalent model at our discretion.

📦 Return Basics
- 7-Day Window: Request returns within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received within 7 days.
- Authorization Required: UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
- Condition Rules: Items must be unused, odor-free, with tags attached. Original packaging required.
- Refunds: Issued as store credit only (no cash/credit card refunds).
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping.
🔄 Exchanges
- Process: Submit via our Returns Portal. Once received, we’ll invoice for new shipping.
- Size Swaps: Pre-approved exchanges avoid restocking fees.

❗ Special Cases
- Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours with photos. Do NOT accept visibly damaged packages.
- Lost Orders: Notify within 30 days. Unreported issues are ineligible for resolution.
- International: No returns/refunds. Refused packages incur 50% restocking + reship fees.
