All sales are subject to product availability and acceptance by The Stylish Stray. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Order modifications: Once placed, orders cannot be changed. Please review your shipping address and items carefully before checkout.

Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. See full return policy.

  • How do I size my dog?
    Measure your pup’s neck, chest, and length (base of neck to tail) and compare to our size chart. Unsure? DM us a photo with a measuring tape—we’ll help!
  • How do I cancel a subscription?
    Log into your account > Subscriptions > click "Cancel." No account? Email us with "CANCEL SUB" in the subject line.
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    Yes! Initiate a return for the original item, then place a new order for the correct size/color. See here for details.
  • What if my item is defective?
    We’ll replace it ASAP! Email us within 30 days with photos and your order number.
  • When will restocks happen?
