Joy Johnson-Pearson, CEO and co-founder, is a passionate advocate for disabled entrepreneurship and women-led businesses. As a wheelchair user and lifelong animal lover, Joy brings grace, resilience, and vision to everything we do. Her leadership keeps our company grounded in purpose.
Pete Pearson, co-founder and creative director, is a marketing strategist, product designer, and lifelong dog enthusiast. He crafts each product and campaign with care, from vintage-inspired naming to high-end packaging and photography. If you see a clever tagline, elegant detail, or playful nod to history — Pete’s pawprints are all over it.

We named our brand in honor of the strays — the ones who didn’t start life on easy street, but found their way into our hearts anyway.
